These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the More 2 Love Bridal website and any online services offered through it. The website is operated by More 2 Love Bridal Inc. (“More 2 Love Bridal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2921 Lake Shore Blvd. W., Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
1. Website information
We aim to keep the website accurate and current. Product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, designer information, size ranges, colours, fabrics, delivery estimates, and other details are provided for general information and may change. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours and details appear. Please contact us to confirm details that are important to your decision.
A listing or description does not guarantee that an item is in stock or available to order. We may correct errors or update website content at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options.
2. Appointments and other services
Appointments are subject to availability and the details displayed when you book. The booking page will identify the appointment type, duration, price, guest limit, and any cancellation or attendance terms that apply. Those booking details form part of your agreement with us.
Current appointment offerings may include an Initial Bridal appointment, Follow-Up appointment, Luxe for Less: Off-the-Rack appointment, and A Little More Bridal experience. Appointment descriptions, prices, inclusions, eligibility, and policies can change. Any appointment fee, late-cancellation fee, missed-appointment fee, or booking credit will be shown before you complete a booking. Credits apply only as described in the booking details and confirmation.
Please arrive on time and follow any reasonable instructions provided by our team. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, use the contact or booking method in your confirmation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
3. Orders and payment
If online ordering is available, the product page, checkout, and order confirmation will explain the item, price, applicable taxes, shipping or delivery charges, payment terms, and any other material order details before you submit your order. Please review your selections and contact details carefully before placing an order.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We will confirm whether we have accepted it. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unaccepted order.
Some bridal gowns and other products may be ordered from a designer or made to order. Estimated production and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. We will communicate material changes or delays and discuss the options available under your order and applicable law.
Your order confirmation and any written order agreement contain the specific terms for your purchase. If those terms conflict with these general website Terms, the purchase-specific terms govern that order, subject to applicable law.
4. Cancellations, changes, returns, and exchanges
The cancellation, change, return, exchange, alteration, and refund terms for a product or service will be disclosed before purchase or booking and included in the applicable order or booking confirmation. Different terms may apply to special orders, made-to-order items, off-the-rack items, accessories, appointments, and services. Please review those terms before paying.

5. Promotions, credits, and gift cards
Promotions, appointment credits, discounts, and gift cards are subject to the specific conditions presented with them, including eligibility, expiry, combination, and redemption rules. We will disclose material conditions before you purchase or redeem them. A promotion does not change a completed order unless its terms say that it applies.
6. Website use and intellectual property
The website and its content including text, photographs, graphics, logos, design, and other materials belong to More 2 Love Bridal or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, publish, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use website content without our prior written permission, except where the law permits.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to collect website content without our written permission.
7. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You give More 2 Love Bridal a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and promote our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringes another person’s rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information through public website features.

If you choose to receive marketing emails or texts, you may withdraw that consent using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an appointment, order, or request may still be sent where permitted and necessary to provide the service. We handle commercial electronic messages in accordance with applicable requirements.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as payment, booking, social-media, or delivery providers. Those services are operated by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible. A link does not mean that we endorse the third party.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, More 2 Love Bridal is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control or by your inability to access the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent the law permits, More 2 Love Bridal will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from your use of the website. This section does not change our obligations for an accepted order, appointment, or service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in Ontario, subject to any mandatory rights or venue rules that apply to you.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date above. The version in effect when you use the website applies to that use. Changes do not retroactively alter an order or booking already accepted; the terms provided for that order or booking continue to apply, subject to applicable law.
